It's a truly exceptional place with wonderful staff and location. Bedroom is upstairs. Found in the excellent area just next door to the centre, mountains, the lake. Enjoyable experience there.

We didn't like the bed, it was very uncomfortable, however it was truly a really enjoyable stay.

Kudos to helpful staff, fantastic views, absolutely perfect location really close to the lake and the airport and a convenience store. All in all everything was really good, nevertheless we had dirty bathroom.

Staff and location were ideal and I especially liked that the place was exceptionally clean. Impressive view of alpine. Charming boutique hotel set in the downtown area. Beautiful lobby.

Impeccably clean, very pretty location, particularly pleasant staff. Walking distance to the pristine beach. Also, Queenstown Mall was 3 km away. The outdoor restaurant was clean with plenty of meals in the menu. Early check in & the service was exceptional! We chose this warm hotel based on price, great value.

The room had its own balcony. Staff was friendly at all times. Plus, it provided us with a free Wi Fi. This Rees Hotel & Luxury is not comparable.
